The IJ Art Collective (IJKC) organizes pop-up group exhibitions around the IJ in Amsterdam, offering a platform for forty creators from both fine and applied arts to present their work to a broad audience in each edition.

With this event, we aim to showcase talented artists, many of whom are not represented by a gallery or lack opportunities to exhibit their work elsewhere. We provide them with a high-quality stage for their independent artistic expressions. We believe that discovering new talents from various disciplines and backgrounds leads to more interesting and surprising results.

Due to its unique setup and execution, our exhibitions offer an attractive alternative to the well-known art fairs, where the established order of the art world is typically represented. Furthermore, by organizing these exhibitions, we strive to highlight accessible and affordable high-quality art to a large and diverse audience.
